Priority Mail is a great service for small operators. The supplies are free and delivery is very fast within the US. I nearly always use Priority Mail if the order will fit in one of the standard boxes.

When shipping this way, I attach delivery confirmation to the box and send you the tracking number by email. My items are not typically expensive so I believe insurance is just an added expense for us both. If the Postal service looses the package, (they never have) I'll just refund your payment and go on!

For heavier items or items that have to be packaged in a special way, you can expect shipment by UPS. It will take a little longer but is more affordable for heavy items.
